Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: 01/10/2025
At Restore Wellness, we are dedicated to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. We want all individuals — including those with disabilities or specific access needs — to be able to participate fully in our classes, workshops, and online services.
We are committed to making our facilities, communications, and digital platforms as accessible as possible, in line with the Equality Act 2010 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
1. Our Accessibility Commitment
We believe wellbeing should be accessible to everyone. We continually work to:
-
Offer safe and inclusive wellness experiences for all participants.
-
Identify and remove barriers to participation wherever possible.
-
Provide reasonable adjustments for anyone with disabilities, temporary injuries, or specific health or sensory needs.
-
Train our team to be understanding, supportive, and responsive to individual access requirements.
2. Studio & Physical Access
We aim to ensure our physical spaces are as accessible as possible.
-
Location Access: Our studio location offers step-free entry / accessible parking. Our Tamworth clinic is located on the 1st floor. If you are unable to access stairs, please let us know in advance.
-
Assistance: Staff are happy to help with entry, movement within the space, or setup assistance during classes.
-
Adaptations: Our instructors can modify sessions to accommodate different mobility levels, sensory needs, or medical conditions.
-
Supportive Environment: We encourage open communication — please feel free to discuss your access needs confidentially before or during attendance.
3. Website Accessibility
We are committed to making our website accessible for all visitors, including those using assistive technologies such as screen readers or voice navigation tools.
We aim to ensure that:
-
Text is clear, readable, and resizable.
-
Colours and contrasts meet accessibility standards.
-
Navigation is consistent and easy to follow.
-
Images include alternative text where appropriate.
-
All interactive elements (e.g., forms, buttons, menus) are usable via keyboard and assistive devices.
If you experience any difficulties accessing information on our website, please contact us — we will do our best to provide the information in an alternative format.
4. Reasonable Adjustments
We understand that everyone’s needs are different. If you require any adjustments to access our classes or services — such as modified session structures, seating arrangements, or communication assistance — please let us know.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
5. Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on accessibility and inclusion. Your input helps us improve our services for everyone.
