At Restore Wellness, we are dedicated to supporting your health and well-being through our therapy sessions, wellness classes, and programs. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation policies.

1. Appointments and Therapy Sessions

​

• Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the session fee will be non-refundable.

2. Classes, Workshops, and Group Programs

​

• Cancellations: For group classes and workshops, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start time to receive a full refund or credit.

• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Refunds are not available for missed or partially attended classes. However, credits may be offered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

• Program Packages: Once a multi-session program or package has started, refunds are not available, except in cases of verified medical or emergency situations.

3. Refunds and Credits

​

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

• In some cases, you may choose to receive a service credit instead of a monetary refund, which can be applied toward future sessions or classes.

4. Exceptions

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you experience a medical emergency or other serious situation that prevents attendance, please contact us at info@restorewellness.co.uk. We review these cases individually and will do our best to accommodate you.
